Currently PARSA AFTI is building a trainer resource list for our projected training over the coming year.

We are seeking qualified, experienced people with training and teaching skills and a desire to contribute to the development of Afghanistan.

Many of our training courses take place outside normal office hours – so working with us can give you can opportunity to contribute over and above your normal working position.

We pay a very competitive hourly rate to contract trainers.

Check out the COURSES link from the menu above and see if you might have the skills and qualifications we are looking for.

Stress Management for Afghan Workers

stress1.jpg

Many Afghan nationals work in very difficult circumstances. They bring local knowledge which expatriates do not have. They experience stress and often work in high risk situations.

In coming months we will be offering various course which aim to help Afghan workers cope with and reduce stress.

  • Focusing
  • Coping with Stress
  • Stress Management for Afghan National Workers

NGOs, organizations and government ministries could consider whether these courses might be a part of their duty of care for their Afghan national staff members.
